Richmond Convent
After being damaged by fire in 2000 the Richmond Assumption School has been sympathetically converted to 22 apartments using traditional materials coupled with modern technology. All plots have now been sold.
Silver Street
The proposed development will include two town houses and eight apartments to be built in a style to be sympathetic to the historic conservation area in which it is located.
Thorngate Court
Situated within the conservation area of Barnard Castle the proposed units range from 2-3 storeys.
